Executive coaching, top and middle management
Executive coaching primarily provides a space for trust, during which your coach (your ally), will implement the techniques and resources required to service your needs, your obstacles or your projects.
Agreeing to include the contribution of the individual as such in a leadership function becomes a broad opportunity, given the loneliness often encountered in these positions and the expectation of high performance.
Standard procedure:
- Request for coaching made by the relevant person
- Identification of business objectives (between the individual, the coach and the company)
- Variation in personal indicators (between the coach and the relevant person)
- Progress of the project with fixed "objectives" and "personal indicators"
- Interim assessments if requested
- Final outcome with findings
