Describing a situation is the first step on the road to achieving it (a project) or to dealing with it (a problem).
People have a number of channels for verbal communication that help them to check if all channels are being used in order to define an event, a conflict or a project. Knowing and practising these verbal channels facilitates dialogue, arguments, etc.
