The creation of CDO Consulting
The founder of CDO Consulting, Alain Mounir, stood down from his position of CEO in industry, so that he could allow others to benefit from his skills independently. This was in December 1989. Further to proposals made by the buyer of the industrial group for whom Alain Mounir worked, he opted to mainly work on professional challenges in French-speaking Switzerland at that time.

Structure, resources
CDO currently operates in a network with selected partners, targeted by role or project. The contributions made by each party govern any and all collaboration. A single contact person to help you.
Service quality requirements involves not only pragmatic and experienced people, but also the capacity for innovation and abstraction. The ability to adapt to the situations of each client is one of the cornerstones of our success.
The luxury of using frequently updated resources is offset by the need to clarify the needs, quality requirements and direction of projects for each collaboration. Each exercise presents a fresh challenge. This is a fascinating exercise - very often successful and very interesting.
