What is Systemic Coaching?
In the case of systemic coaching, the subject is the system itself. We therefore have a method and an ERP which enables us to put forward innovative indicators to "give voice" to the organisation's strategies and procedures.
A new profession within organisations will is set to appear - "macro-coaches" who will guarantee overall "micro-local" consistency.
This approach allows impacts to be measured, such as technological change, a change in management or even change after a year of individual training or coaching.
Three systematic elements are then evaluated:
