Work shop - Analysis of customer needs

Do ask questions, but how can you remain lightweight and efficient?

How to identify explicit needs and most importantly, the implicit needs of the client(s) Target: a team of professional salespeople, a world-renowned clothes and accessories shop.

This is about sharing a two-hour workshop about not only how to questions a customer but also how to succeed getting to the "good" question. Issues dealt with are the analysis of the method of communication, understand what probably triggers a purchase from the customer, dare to question politely and elegantly.

We have taken a great deal of pleasure exchanging experiences and observations during this workshop. Our customer service is already available to handle all questions relating to firm experiences of the team.
